Our Store Policies
Because our items are handmade specifically for you, please allow 4-6 weeks for the creation of your item. We will inform you when your item has shipped and provide a tracking number. For an added cost, expedited shipping and item creation is sometimes available. Please ask us about this if you can not wait 6 weeks for your item to ship. When you purchase an item from us, we will let you know what your shipping and insurance cost will be ahead of time. Please only ship to a secure location.
Due to the high-value liability of our products, we only ship within the United States. If you are not located in the US, but have a secure US location where we can ship your product, we are happy to do so with the understanding that we are not liable for the product once it is shipped from us.
Because each item is handmade specifically for you, we are not able to accept returns or cancellations once the creation process has begun. All of our Kabana jewelry is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects, but this does not include normal wear and tear or mistreatment of the jewelry. Please read our jewelry care page for information on how to care for inlay jewelry and specific gemstones. Please do not send any items back to us, as unauthorized packages will be refused.
Occasionally, a customer's jewelry will need to be repaired due to normal wear and tear or mistreatment, or white gold may need to be re-plated. We are happy to assist you with this process. Please contact us, preferably by email, and explain your situation. Please note that the customer pays all shipping costs to and from Kabana's facility along with any repair costs. We can give you a quote to let you know how much this will cost beforehand. The cost will depend on a number of factors, most notably the type of inlay that needs to be repaired. If you have decided that you would like a different inlay altogether, for any reason, you are free to switch it out to a different inlay stone provided you pay the repair and materials cost plus shipping.
Please contact us for instructions on how to send an item back for repair. This is very important as any unauthorized packages will be refused.
